I'm not sure what a disposal would clog, but almost anything will clog a garbage disposal. Put a couple ice cubes in it and run it. Repeat a few times. That will clear some clogs. Otherwise you probably have to dismantle it or call a plumber. If you were trying to dispose of bodies with it, I can tell you that only works in the movies.
