Is why you won't let people use the search without registering, jumping through hoops to answer a trivia question, and then waiting a day for a human to approve?

Isn't there some way to configure phpBB to not be so niggardly with it's search function for people who just want to find something? I'd post a screenshot if I was sure it wouldn't violate rules.

Still get "Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system." when not logged in.
