You can't let them know it was the same guy though, you have to dress them up, give them a new identity, and then take them again once they become a threat to your employers again.

This all has great potential but I am fundamentally a killer, and if I was inclined to drum up extra business the Grimm way I would just hire someone else to do it, and instead of paying them kill them when they had done their job.

I'm pretty sure people who deal with killers are aware of the risks of killing.
