I was wondering that myself. By the way, the selection process is completely random -- save that it won't put combatants up against each other that already have -- so the fact that so many people that won are facing so many that lost is coincidence.

Yeps. Epoch has managed to get a double-respect award, having been the first to submit his comic twice in a row. Within hours of me announcing who he's facing. I'm actually really excited, I'm proud of my comic, I actually like it more than the one I did in my battle against twobuy.

i'd like to say congratulations to ruo for beating me in the first battle. i thought it so funny i made the mountainmage from your comic my new avatar also it reminded me of a friend who always calls me hippymage for some reason... anyways i look forward to battling simon. in the next round
