Two great entries, but living in Texas we have to be every vigilant against the secret Mexican...

I'm going with Sahan, cause penguins Do live in perth. (Well, potentially, there are penguins native to australia and I think some might be as northern as perth.)

I actually spent ages trying in vain to find out if penguins were native to Perth Australia or not. Which is why it's phrased don't usually live there, because I figure there's not a lot of penguins living in the city even if they are native to the area.

Also I really like Sahan's too. I was hoping drawing a cute penguin would carry me through even if my joke wasn't that strong, but apparently you're not all so easily swayed.

I abstain from voting this round.
