I heard Cirtur is the most modest man ever. There's a website devoted to it, and everything.

Boy, I've been working all day. I haven't even started, and cow is already done. This is a bit lame.

I've been dealing with roomates who move out and break their keys instead of let us have them, steal our shit, and then abandon a ton of theirs while trying to make sure their room is as dirty as possible. Then moving in the new roomate, watching a pair of small children, and deal with crazy stupid doctors.

That being said, I'll turn in a comic on time, just like every week (right on the edge)

You should form a personal rental agreement with them, make them pay you a bond to cover stupid. In Japan they have a horrible fee called 'Key Money' which is the equivalent to one months rent (at least) that you never get back. You don't even get to keep the keys and it doesn't cover the bond. It's all just there to destroy your bank account.
