I much prefer the PC for my gaming, for lots of reasons... for one, I suck balls at FPS's with a controller, the mouse and keyboard is much better IMO. I prefer to mod, and get mods, for the games that I play, which is something that console's are limited in, if they have them at all. I also play a lot of RTS's, and honestly, you can't play a good RTS on a console, you just don't have enough buttons/hotkeys, etc. I like being able to upgrade my hardware whenever I want (rarely, as it turns out, due to cash flow. Or a lack thereof, really. Yay college )

Quake I and II had awesome singleplayer. YOU FIGHT A GIANT SPACE ROBOT THING THAT HAS A RAILGUN AND BFG ON IT. Co-op was da shit, as was the modding community- specifically, VORTEX.

My favorite mod of all time. Such an awesome community. If only it continued today.
