BRAWL!

Post by Lottel »

Soooooo...

Who here is anxious for Brawl?

I've already entered in a touney. Been playing the Japanese version every now and then.

I think I'll win the contest.

Which contest?
The "who is most anxious for Brawl" contest?
Because if you tell me the prize, I'll go ahead and throw my hat in the ring.
Otherwise, I don't care.
Honestly, though. I don't have a Wii, and don't plan on getting one. So unless they do a multi-platform release again, I don't care enough.

Most GameStops across the US have contests at the midnight release. The tournament. I've gotten better than the rest of the people who are going. And yes, I know that means I'm better at a game than people who've never played the game.

Winners get a LCD TV, a Wii, and Brawl

My friend has been playing the japanese brawl too. He says it's fun, and I can't wait to play it either.

If you have played this Japanese version thing, you can definately count that a lot of other people will have well, and if there is free stuff involved they are probably practicing right now.

Yeah i got mine last night cause it came out on a sunday and ups dont deliver. Its fun. Story mode is good and long. You have to install an update for you wii before you can play and the loading time is a bit long. You can use a gamecube controller which is nice, now i need to find a working game cube controller.

I had the chance to play it on sunday, and I must say, I'm impressed. It's definitely lived up to the hype (although there will always be dissenters).

And to answer your question: yes; god yes.

Dang it man. The graphics are awsome. It is different with GC controler. There is a controler config option. I suggest you use it. I got my classic controller set up like the one for gamecube.

The battles are better on this one. I like the subspace story. Unlike the past, you can play threw levels using more then one caracter. The forrest is the best one so far but im on at 30%.
