you know if you lived in redmond, you could just walk in and have MS or Nintendo (Nintendo's North American headquarters are also in Redmond) fix your console while you wait instead of this whole mail thing. My Wii had an overheating video card in it so i just walked in and had them switch it out no problem. just one of the many reasons we're better than all of you.

You people will not beleve this. I just got off the phone with them. I have to send it back again because now it refuses to reconize video. Audio is fine but it will not reconize video.

Well at least, even with the 2 fixes, you will still be without it for less than a month (if the same timeframe is followed). Not great, sure. But it could be much worse.
