Well I don't use a foreign keyboard because I barely know English, even, I've memorised all of the alt-codes for Spanish. It's that I can't access them without turning on num-lock, which disables part of the keyboard for it. It's extremely inconvenient. And apparently alt+fn doesn't work on this laptop. I was just going over the accents that LR had used in that last phrase in Spanish. Don't worry, I'm well aware of how to use accents in French.

Also, I know guano is a noun in Spanish, but he clearly censored the English slang term "batshit" by making it Spanish.

I'd handle "bright red balloon" using the same morphological trees we used to form compounds.
Now, I'm too lazy to actually make one, but it would work something like this:
red is a noun (which is possible)
bright is an adjective
Together, they'd form the noun, "bright red".
Which becomes a single adjective when it is re-analyzed and compared to "red". That is, it is a compound adjective (compare: "a balloon that is the colour red that happens to be bright" with "a balloon that is the colour bright red"). This behaviour is common, especially in English, where words are often taken from one lexical category and used in others.
