Well, the bright side is someone got a laugh out of it. Now, go enjoy those awesome Postal speed runs.

There are definitely different gradients when it comes to colourblindness.
All three that I mentioned don't see the colours as regular people do. My roomate has difficulty with purples and blues. He'll sometimes check with me to see what colour a shirt he's thinking of buying is.
The other two I wasn't sure of specifics, but I know that they just generally had problems distinguishing colours, particularly from others.

To bad your pun couldn't involve sight rather than hearing. I guess it's not really a pun then? Perhaps I should say that I wish you would have accomplished a pun?

Yeah, that's what you should say. I was just appreciating not having any disabilities.

Wrong thread!

Although, I'm glad I have nothing beyond minor eczema and astigmatism.

I know, I'm segueing into it.

I'm glad that I have nothing beyond minor stigmata.

That's nothing compared to double stigmata. Loser.

Exactly. I'm glad that I have the less severe version of illness. There's nothing to be proud of in being more disease-ridden than all of your fellow classmates, except for the trophy I got.

Well, you're only half as cool as double stigmata boy! So, nyeh!

I've always wanted to be blind. I know realistically it would suck, but the idea of never being able to maintain judgment in appearance is pretty beautiful to me.

I have actually entertained this idea before, but I never articulated it because I thought it would sound way creepy.
(I still think it sounds less creepy coming from you than from me.)

Ah, the innocence of a child!

I don't entertain these ideas for very long, because I can't ever really get past the thought of the day-to-day difficulties that would arise. Upon your thought, though, wasn't it Ahmet the Wise* who said that we'd just find other ways to judge people if we all looked the same?

*I guess that's not really what he's called.
