Addictive Flash games?
I find myself playing these at work allot. Currently I am having a blast playing this one. Why is it we find these silly little games so much damn fun? Every one (who is leaving and no longer care about work) here are playing that game and the wagering has gotten quite furious. Last week it was the deal or no deal flash one. Anyone else here have a fav flash game that they keep coming back to and wasting hours doing nothing*?

Nitrome is wack, dog. Also, much as we loathe their forums, albinoblacksheep has a good collection of games.

Miniclip.com has a bunch of good ones.
And I check MSNgames from time to time for when they add new ones.

Re: Addictive Flash games?
I've played a lot of Tetris and Minesweeper in my day. That usually took up most of my time.
Falling Sand is still one of the awesomest sandbox games around.
Boomshine is fun for a couple of minutes, and features a neat little song.
You have to burn the rope.
This is possibly the clumsiest and most glitch-prone tetris game I've played but it makes up for that for being in 3D, and having adjustible angles.
I'm a big fan of mazes, and while most of them are java clickmazes has a lot of stuff, if that's what you're into.
Bloxorz is about rolling an oblong block through mazes. I have a ton of mazes bookmarked, even though I tend to memorise the solutions after playing them so much.
The "interactive movies" of Miestas and Menulis are pretty cool.
OMGPOP has some fun combative multiplayer games, including a nice tetris clone that brings back memories of the fantastic Tetris Attack.
Lightforce has more nice puzzles and mazes, some adapted from clickmazes.

big fan of candystand.com because it's not blocked at my work. I just beat GemCraft which was a fun tower defense type game.

I hated websense with a passion.
