Is this nurse knocked up

When you have your flashlight off and the nurse are near a light source they glow. Now when there belly is light up you can see the image of a child. Thought it was weird but defenitally a baby.
Now do you think that this could have a special meaning to it or do you just think that double helix just kinda wanted to do something creepy that makes no sense.
I was thinking about and i wish that we maybe had a little more experience with Alex's stay at the hospital that might have shed some light on things. i tried to see whether there were hidden objects in the other monsters but they are a little harder to set up.
This was posed on another site. Kinda freaky to me. Oh well.

That's a rather large foetus for such a flat stomach. Though I guess the lack of other vital organs would explain that.

I can see the image of a foetus, but it doesn't seem to have made her any bigger. So I don't think she is knocked up as that would require her to have a foetus while at the same time having organs. I don't think she is pregnant properly, just wearing a glow-in-the-dark sticker.

If it's a ghost then why does it have a spinal column? And without organs, what is it gestating the fetus in? Or are you proposing that the Nurse's abdominal cavity is dominated by a massive uterus?
Actually, that would explain how a Nurse could carry a fetus and still show no outward signs of pregnancy.

I'm just impressed they put so much effort into the fetus, and her boobs are pixelated. You would think, given the audience, that it would be the other way around if anything.
