I got the Dylan Moran bit, but only because I loved Black Books.

Still haven't watched the IT Crowd yet, though, so that part of the joke eludes me.

Of course between the Bizarro Jerry and the show-in-a-show Jerry, Seinfeld had plenty of opportunities for uncomfortable spin-offs.
