I'm having a lot of trouble imagining that!

Imagine you're ten, and you've gone out into the world without any adult supervision to look for monsters. These monsters are real and will try to maul you.

I think bashing your head against a tree is probably well within the reach of this particular branch of madness.

Oh yeah, pinecones explode! I learned that from MacGyver!
Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

It's evolution is a steel bug type with awesome defense, so he's good to set up attacks that benefit the entire team, as well as countering that very same strategy if the enemy attempts to employ them.

I lost the majority of my trained pokemon a while ago, and lost the heart to redo the year's worth of training. Then again, online battles can have your pokemon scaled to lv 100 automatically, so I just need to EV train and get the proper movesets.

I picked up SoulSilver a few days ago. I've currently got two badges, but only about four hours, so that's not too bad. In order to not end up playing it all day I have strategically left it at my brother's.

This brings my count of Pokemon games up to:
Blue
Silver
Stadium
Stadium2
Colosseum
Pinball
Snap
Diamond
Platinum
LeafGreen
Sky
SoulSilver

I no longer have my Pokemon cards but I'm willing to bet they're somewhere in my Mother's house.

So now I'm playing LeafGreen on a gameboy advance emulator on my computer. I would say goodbye productivity, but I didn't have any anyways.

I'm playing a pokemon rom of Emerald, doing something called a Nuzlocke run. Inspired by the pokemon comic where a trainer plays his ruby version as if pokemon fainting is death.

The main rules are that you can only catch the first pokemon you encounter on every road, if you can catch it, and that if it faints, you release it. Most people just store them seperately instead of releasing them, but oh well.

I've had particularly bad luck. Two ratata's and two poochyenas fainted, all from critical hits against pokemon they could have easily beat. I haven't passed the first gym, which means I'm down to four pokemon, 3 if you don't count Togepi, which wont learn moves for battle in a LONG TIME.

I must say, having this version is much more fun. For example, you can choose gen 1 starter squirtle, gen 2 starter cyndaquil, or gen 3 starter treeco. I grabbed squirtle. Plaguefang the ratata lost from full health in two hits because of a crazy powerful critical hit from a ratata. I caught that ratata and named it rodent, who then promptly lost by itself. I caught Prowler the poochyena who was the first to fall, and SHADOWHOWL the poocyena died like a bitch from critical hits as well. That's four dead, four alive, before any badges. Beautifly and Warturtle are my evolved pokemon, with shriek currently as backup. Dreamwing the Togepi will remain useless for now, perhaps forever.

EDIT: I thought beautifly could take more than one hit against her first pokemon. Rest in peace beautifly, I never even gave you a nickname.

I guess playing with restrictions adds another level of difficulty to perhaps a game you have become bored with.

For example sometimes I play first person shooters with only one hand. I mean you can't move and shoot, but I didn't do that anyway.

For the most part I think it's silly, especially the HARD MODE on 4chan where you can't even use heal items out of battle, or they tell you to only buy one pokeball from every store, or one use of the pokemon center. That's just bullshit. But this version of the rom has many wild pokemon available (gen one and two can be found in the areas where only gen 3 pokemon are legit available.) Although I don't have anyone left who can use cut right now, which means I need to start a new game if I can't track one down before I get to the point where it's mandatory.

Also then you can play and masturbate. Every person's dream.

I once tried exercising because my ex thought I wasn't taking care of myself, and I did sit ups and push ups while watching the animations go. I lost ten pounds through exercise only, not changing my eating habits at all, and could do 500 consecutive sit ups max. Also I was kinda hurt at the time, and exercise really helped my joins get better. My back went out later on and I stopped completely.

But my back is fine, my joints are better, my weight is back, the dent in my leg almost completely healed, and I ragequit'd that damn run. I reloaded back to the last time it saved because my internet died out, so I got my pokemon back, although my Prowler is still dead. The first pokemon I found this time was an abra, who teleport right away. I threw a greatball because if I didn't catch it I wouldn't get one, but I caught him and it's great. A pokemon got poisoned and I just teleported to the center instead of it dying.

I used to do a couple hundred push-ups a day, but I completely stopped watching what I was eating so I actually gained about 40 pounds like that. I mean I was kind of strong by that point but that doesn't really change that gaining 40 pounds at once is never going to look pretty.

Yo, I need help finding a pokemon.

It looks sort of like a scrotum, I bought it in a trading card pack a year ago and I need to prove to my friend it is a real thing.

ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED?

What color was it? Did it look like one testicle, or two? That's an important distinction. Was it an entire phallus? Do you remember anything about it's name, type, color, or card color? ETC? Also, I don't know how long ago it was, but here is a picture of EVERY SINGLE ONE. I'm not to hot on the pokemon cards, but I can actually track it down if you give me enough info.
