After having been introduced to this little gem by some college buddies of mine I think my next instance will be coming up shortly. As usual, since I've found a new addictive source of misery, I'm passing it along.

I generally keep all of my friends in check with a mix of physical and mental intimidation so I have to be pretty rough sometimes. Some people might call me a bad person.

There was an interesting dynamic during my senior year gym class, where the five of us would dress and store our stuff in similar spots. It was hard finding a locker that would open and close and we could hide our stuff, and many of us put our stuff together, and in numbers no one would bother stealing our shit. They were pantsing one another and nut checking (punching) one another, and they essentially got into teams of two. MY friend Brian got me once, and I nailed him twice the next day. Essentially which ever team went after me became outnumbered as I would join the other side, so I was protected. This was lucky, because if the team dynamic that we formed wasn't so strong I would have been teamless and targeted by all four.

Hmm, it's just like prison gangs (yeah I spent most of last night reading the SA thread that Ed sent us ages ago)! Anyway no one ever tried to sack me or steal my stuff because even though I'm a pretty easy-going guy no one really wanted to risk pissing me off.

It was all in good fun, but I really never did like getting rowdy. I was one of the tougher boys because I was ALWAYS playing sports, but didn't ever act like it. In middle school I was the strongest, and one time after school we played this game where you kick each other in the legs until the other person quit. I was reluctant, as most people went only one game before giving up. I was on my fifth dude in a row when my mother drove up and started being hysterical. I had to let her know it was a game, not a fight, and once she was convinced she made me leave right away. This was before the injuries I got later.

Anyways, I got into high school and there are dudes a foot taller than me. My humble superiority over others quickly faded. I was the smartest kid in my high school though, which means I didn't try. (Freshman and sophmore year there may have been others smarter that I didn't know about, but shut up)

I had a similar thing. I think it was because I was so easy-going, people thought "oh man, when he's angry he must really go off". Plus I'm a big guy, so you don't want to be in the way when I do.

Which of course, is moot, because I'm just a calm guy who doesn't get that upset.

Yeah, I sort of had a violent temper. Plus I hung out with a bunch of drug addicts and generally rowdy people. That might have something to do with it, except that they didn't want to piss me off either. Everything kinda worked out in the end I guess.

But in all sincerity I've known people to beat I Wanna Be the Guy, I'm just piss poor at it and easily distracted. So then what is this impossible game to which everyone keeps on referring?

Also: I remember the great nut-tap wars of my last college, that's the main reason I started buying pants a size too large. Extra baggy jeans provide cushion...
