And why/how is that person green?
I don't know if the game has changed or been modded or what, but there are a number of things I've seen in pictures and stuff I've looked up that I don't know how they got them.

Also, I got a saddle from the second dungeon. Looked up what it was and what you can do with it. Riding pigs was the answer. Funny but useless as you can't control them (or get the saddle back once they disappear or die).

You can upload a skin for your character and dungeons are pretty rare along with the mossy cobblestone that surrounds them

I seem to be a rather fortunate miner who has stumbled on a huge set of interconnected caverns and stuff. By simply clearing out the areas around Dungeon #1 to make a trap I find a series of snaking tunnels, underwater streams and other stuff that is simply huge. Just with the initial exploration (I'm sure I'm not even half done, and I've used a full 64 torches sparingly) I found a ton of stuff. So far I've found 5 more blocks of redstone, at least one gold (I've not dug it out yet), and 30+ iron.

I just made a massive structure out of gold and obsidian(i used an inventory editor on a new map) and I'm going to have minecart tracks shooting off of it out into the world.

I'm getting a little frustrated with my trap. I just can't get the water flow right, and most of the feathers are just sitting in place.
I've got it now where I have probably 75% of the drops going where I want, and I might just have to be happy with that.

Edit.
So I definitely gave up on that for now. Mostly because I have over 200 feathers accumulated. So I went a-searching my network of tunnels and caverns. So far I have managed about 16 gold, almost 50 iron and a bunch more coal. And then I got to one section where I was constantly being attacked. So I managed to have the stuff for a bow without having to surface, and killed most of them off. Now, because I was fighting, I haven't seen what is all down there, but I would hazard a guess to say at least 6 redstone blocks, a few more gold, and a bunch of the other stuff (not diamond that I can see yet). But to explore it more I'm going to have to fashion more arrows, get a few buckets to rid myself of the troublesome water and lava spouts that are making my life somewhat harder. Hoping for lots more good stuff. If I wasn't so busy finding more and more connected stuff, I'd probably tunnel a track back to my base, but that'll be a lot of work as I get pretty turned around in the caves and to find a decent place to attempt to aim back at my base (which isn't on a convenient line towards my spawn/original base).

The creeper's behind your windows
He's snatchin your cobblestone up
tryin' ta blow em, so y'all need to
Hide your picks, hide your hoes
And hide your redstone too
'Cause he's blowin' everything out there

Look at the pick, now look at me, now back to the pick, now back at me.
THE PICK IS NOW DIAMOND.

Whoa, Minecraft thread?! Since when?!
Said the oblivious guy who wears garments adorned with marsupials of Austrailian nativity

Now that that's out of the way, is there a server for this forum or something? 'Cuz that would be wicked cool if there was.

I was playing the other day and there was this big black obelisk that cast a dark shadow. It was made out of dirt and charcoal. I walked up to it and I COULD SEE INTO FOREVER! THE MAGMA! THE AWFUL DIZZYING DEPTHS!
