Okay, it's been forever since anyone has made a thread to talk about how funny a comic he made was, as opposed to mocking it, riffing on it, and generally tearing it a fresh asshole. So I'm making one.
Hey, Zach, today's comic was pretty funny. It made me laugh, especially the "Oh, make love to me, Wolfman" bonus panel. Keep up the good work.

"No one will ever understand you" it's kind of a passée sad truth isn't it, I'm bored by it.
As an atheist however, it's nice to see that our view that "everything is meaningless, we may as well murder everyone" is being represented in the culture. All atheists think like that, by the way, you really shouldn't trust us, we have nothing to lose.

In the last panel, the werewolf looks like a badger. I'm just saying. It was an awesome comic though.

They are just jealous that atheists get sweet, sweet oblivion instead of eternal torment.Sandwiches wrote:"No one will ever understand you" it's kind of a passée sad truth isn't it, I'm bored by it.

Jewlian, most religions think that if you belong to that religion you go to the good place.
What if what happens when you die is what you think is going to happen? There's a little gap where someone explains the situation and then you go to exactly what you expected. I hope that one isn't true, oblivion is so much worse if it's only happening to me.

Don't worry, other atheists will be there in oblivion to keep you company. We'll throw a party. There will be sandwiches.Sandwiches wrote:Jewlian, most religions think that if you belong to that religion you go to the good place.

The sandwiches are precious little comfort. As Albert Camus once said "AAAAAAAHHHHH CAR CRASH AAAAAAAAHHHHHH"

A car crash?! How absurd!Sandwiches wrote:The sandwiches are precious little comfort. As Albert Camus once said "AAAAAAAHHHHH CAR CRASH AAAAAAAAHHHHHH"
At any rate, if sandwiches fail to console you I'm afraid there is little hope for you.

There are different ways to pick records at random from a database table in run 3, and each has pros and cons. Different methods might work better in some situations, based on the needs of the application.
