Does anyone actually pronounce the abbreviations like that? The comic started out good, with a funny premise, but lost a lot when it became a) too long and b) "it's funny because that abbreviation spells a word".

(8-26-11) Elements
Holy crap this comic was good. Worth every Abbot and Costello worthy panel.

Honestly I don't see why he doesn't just save the longer comics for use as mini-Theater sketches.Lethal Interjection wrote:The comic started out good, with a funny premise, but lost a lot when it became a) too long and

Ok I looked it up and you're right. Unhexhexium, strangely, is totally legit

So, take a bunch of preexisting periodic table puns that have recently become popular as part of an internet meme (Chemistry Cat) and expect props because you dragged it out for 57 panels? I'm normally a huge fan, but this one limboed under the usually high bar set here.

Hate to jump on the 'omg comic failz' bandwagon here, but also it's Uuh not Uhh
Disclaimer: SMBC is the best comic by far, though.
