Prostate says: Penis - Help - I'm over 50 and being crushed - You can't get your special soup until Bladder gets Urethra!

You are not a unified life form. You're just composed of billions of tiny parliaments. Therefore, you are only an arbiter.

Am I the only one confused about who the "you" is? Obviously, you don't exist, since what you consider you is just an incomprehensibly small and complex bureaucracy. And yet, despite not existing, you somehow have the job of maintaining diplomacy amongst yourself? How can something nonexistent have a role in reality?

When I first saw this, I got excited and thought that we had finally had a new outbreak of spambots posting with broken English. I was mistaken.

No, no, no, he is wrong! We are composed of not tiny life forms, but tiny subatomic particles whose actions are per-destined by chain reactions from the Big Bang. All your decisions have been made for you in multiple outcomes based on super-position. Choices are only changed upon observation by James Ashby masturbating to you in rainbow suspenders while you sleep.

Except if his choices of when and where to engage in indecent exposure are predetermined, does that not mean that your own choices are still fixed?

This was a surprislingly good science comic from Zach.
I find the formula is usually a number of panels of science setup and the final one (sometimes more) with a mediocre punchline.
Only this one had a quite funny punchline.

Did anybody else hear "Penis does what penis wants!" in James Ashby's voice?

Same here. I was talking to myself. How rude of you.

Sorry to eavesdrop, but I can't help but overhear. I really do recommend it, if you like thinking about thought and perception. Also good (and I've already given away my copy to someone else on the forum) is Godel Escher Bach, by Hofstadter.
