You don't know that! That cat could totally have it under control and can quit anytime!
He's obviously just a recreational heroin user, I mean he can't get lost (and subsequent reward money) that often with the same owner. Unless he's one of those multi owner sneaky cats, which is likely the case.

I didn't get this for a while. I kept rereading it to figure out what was going on. Then I realized I was reading it clockwise from the first panel on the left...

Is this a common thing? Or do you forget the time a lot. That is the only logical reason for such behaviour
