His dad helped him getting a girlfriend, she got seduced by the snake, married Adam and now Adam has to leave his paradise as well.

The snake, the devil, is meant to be tempting each person individually. The old tricks no longer work as earth is now "perfect without him noticing". Ergo, this is just some random human, but the event where the snake realizes what happened.
