The comic itself was pretty funny, but I'd love to see some more of your (be it rejected or otherwise) sketches, Zach!

I've been trying to get folks to use tildes to bracket sarcasm. They resemble a wry smile.

~Gee Tom, that's a great idea!~

I was disappointed that it wasn't actually about infrequently used punctuation at all. The title was misleading.
Paranoid? Probably. But just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that there isn't an invisible demon
about to eat your face.

That may be the worst business model I've ever seen.
Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

Just so that when this "tildes-to-denote-sarcasm" thing becomes widespread, you'll remember where you heard it first:

It may interest you to know that sarcasm in English already had a punctuation mark. I can't remember what it was called, but you were supposed to either bracket phrases or accent specific words with ^, ie: Yeah, I ^really^ enjoyed that show.
It was popular for a while, but didn't catch on forever. Much like the interrobang...

This is probably the best one I've seen. The '^' actually gives a pretty good textual representation of the idea of sarcasm. Or at least overt sarcasm.

How did we cope before these marvellous people gave us the gift of awkward punctuation to express our feelings?

Before I was very :(
