Aside from the first time I saw the picture, I thought your use of the pooballs pic was mostly annoying.
Until the first use of it in this thread.
I wanted to post something, but I wasn't sure in what way I wanted to both dismiss and smack the people involved.
Pooballs said it in a way I never could.
Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

Quite a lot of people actually. When a number is not easily represented by a fraction, most people use decimal notation rounded off to the least number of significant figures they can get away with.
