Perfect ethical law: Make actions to increase the overall positive states of being relative to negative states of being within the universe.

Not good. If my friend and I like beating people up, then beating up one person would be OK, because his one negative state would be outweighed by our two positives.

Or, in a more general example: If a hundred people benefit from the enslavement of twenty others, then according to that law, the enslavement of those people is ethical. I disagree, as I think most people would.
