I'd welcome the Chinese buying Baltimore. We'd finally have some money in the city coffers and most of the city is probably a lower standard of living then all but the most impoverished parts of China.

As a note if you ever come here, generally the street dealers just say "You good?" instead of yelling out weird euphemistic names for various drugs.
