I always figured "giving 110%" was like using a credit card to spend 110% of your disposable income. You could do it, but you'd have to pay it back with metaphorical interest, and in the long run it's unsustainable.

What do you think is the best option: online apps for learning languages or classes with a tutor? I want to find the best option in terms of time, budget, and convenience.

Probably, a lot depends on personal preferences, but I feel more comfortable studying with a tutor. Namely, with Online English Tutors promova. During such training, I feel a greater effect and result. Although I also don't neglect various apps. They are great for reviewing educational material, and also for learning new words.
