Hillary privately went after Obama "(owe-BAHM-uh)" for being too liberal because he wanted to allow gay people to adopt children and he was not ok with preventing gay people marry and having civil unions instead, so NO hillary's beliefs on LGBTQA+ issues is by no definition modern or enlightened.
Johnson recognizes global warming but also recognizes that the current system that awards certain companies over others and which special interests pour millions of dollars lobbying for (subsidies and government contracts for "green" companies, tax loopholes & corporate welfare for oil companies) do not work and allow for bribery and corruption. When it comes to free markets and regulation no one is arguing for zero regulation but market forces DO EXIST and any regulation has to recognize that and take it into account. One proposal for a revenue neutral global warming regulation that tries to do this is Initiative 732 in Washington State:https://ballotpedia.org/Washington_Carb ... _732_(2016
But since it doesn't pick winners and losers and leaves that up to market to do look who's against this environmental step forward: Washington State Democratic Party & the Sierra Club.
If the government doesn't choose who wins and who loses then its impossible to bribe/corrupt public officials. As for experience, he spent 8 years as governor, and hillary has 0 years experience in an executive role, and she was a terrible senator (I'm from NY)
