I noticed the baby has ears and the parents don't. They also look like aliens.

Maybe it's symbolic of their alienation from a satisfying sex life. Although, they do seem strangely satisfied afterward... a benefit of lowered expectations, I guess. This is a primer on how to teach your children that sex is bad.

i had initially read the caption as "how to have sex with young children". i was disappointed by the comic.
