OK, really late to this one, but I am physically required to point out that the votey is a trick question - the answer is zero because no additional mass is created by billions of enlarging wangs.

That may be so, but by relocating this mass to the penis - typically pointing up - the center of mass moves closer to the moon and thus the gravitational force is increased.

But if there are roughly the same amount of wangs on each side of the earth, they cancel each other out and the center of wangmass remains the same
