Well outsiders only suck in the beginning. When they stick around long enough, they become insiders, who suck slightly less.

After we become insiders, they become Mods and therefore Awesome. Then they become lurkers and shirk their Mod duties, becoming more sucktacular than outsiders. But at least they know all the in-jokes.
