And it all falls to pieces on that last sentence bro.
Edit-addition. Someone make a pun out of this.

Check out the last sentence. Also, this is worthy of an entire new update?

Never mind whether or not it is correct according to prescriptivist rules, it's just damn awkward.

Worst. Line. Ever.

Twilight (and thank god I don't have the book to reference this from)

Love sick girl and vampy in a clearing. Girl smells bloodsucking Vampy's breath: “sweet, delicious, it made my mouth water.”

It also wins the 'eww' award.

Did it really say that? Man, I didn't think my opinion of Twilight could go any lower. I guess to achieve perfect loathing I'd have to actually read it, but that ain't happening.

Ah, I looked it up for you mountainmage the exact quote is: "As I had just that once before, I smelled his cool breath in my face. Sweet, delicious, the scent made my mouth water."

For more gems such as this I recommend this page http://ih8mygeneration.multiply.com/journal/item/76 and it's aptly named "Lines that made me laugh out loud"

It also includes a nice Catalog breakdown of the novel. In case you want to be horribly scared without the pain of reading the book itself.

It's funny because of how mind-bogglingly stupid and prattling it is. It's like a fanfiction writer got a hold of a thesaurus and tossed in every adjective for beauty she could get her grimy, stubby hands on.

Haha, incandescent chests! Yeah, I don't think she really understood the adjectives she was using, which is why I found it worth a chuckle.

Wasn't that part of the plot, though? Like, his skin sparkled in the sun? I remember everyone talking about that because it was just bizarre.

Yeah, they're not vampires. They're superhumans who might, you know, maybe want to have some blood? But not really, we can do without it.

Also. Paedos.

Shiny skin? I'm pretty sure robots can't be vampires too. Also, incandescent implies light being emitted due to heating, so perhaps this was just a slightly less nerdy-sounding way of saying 'OMG Edward Cullen is so HOT, he emits blackbody radiation in the frequency of visible light!'

I am creating a plan to symbolically burn the twilight trilogy to express my detest for society. Hooray for napalm!

Napalm? Hardcore book burners use petrol, wood and deodorant.
