What makes someone 'fun to be around' in your opinion?

I think people are fun to be around if you can feel comfortable around them, and also they can encourage interesting or entertaining conversation. I'm don't think I'm particularly fun to to be around on my own, but once someone else tries to get something started, I find it easy to help them out and keep the conversation or witty banter rolling.

There are no fun people. I'm gonna be a hermit. It's an awesome plan. I will also randomly throw my own parties, because I like cooking for parties. But that is all.

I despise fun, in all forms. Nothing gives me more pleasure than a five-hour board meeting with a lot of dusty old white men in suits so sharp you can set your watches by them.

I find people fun who enjoy spending endless hours playing scrabble and doing crosswords but are still up for doing the craziest stuff out doors. The craziest!

Also crazy stuff indoors.

Also who enjoy having insult wars. And don't mind that I am incapable of human emotion

I hear that. More the latter, though. And it isn't that I'm incapable of it, I just don't take things to heart, and there is little that actually offends me. Me and my sister run into the problem of offending people occasionally, especially when we are together. We'll tease someone about something, and they just won't appreciate it. If they would speak up about it, we'd stop, no problem. But if you don't say something, I will likely continue to rib you.

Let's see... anyone who's not a hipster/weeaboo/market liberal democrat centrist/atheist, who has an IQ above 105. Literally anyone who fits those qualifications is fun to be around.
