Re: Adventurers Beware
You can continue an old story, but I refuse to include the word count of the old story. Word count starts at zero no matter what you've already written. Now if you rewrite the thing from the start...

Re: Adventurers Beware
I'm not sure how I feel about VvvV being a 60k word story; Detritus I've got what, 500 words? Not a big deal.. Hrmph. Still debating heavily, yay for a month and a half to decide.Kimra wrote:You can continue an old story, but I refuse to include the word count of the old story. Re: Adventurers Beware
I am also debating what I'm going to write as well. I feel I should go back to basics and write something so cliche that I'll love it. It seems like a nice safe way to handle it.
I've also been trying to prep for the writing bonanza by editing my other stuff. So far I've been unsuccessful on that front.

I don't have any new writing ideas. But I should complete last year's story. And/or I could translate some of my German writings to English.

I'm in, captain! If you pilot the aircraft, I'll man the TV guided missiles.
It's like watching TV. But the only show is Death and Explosions.

Nanowrimo has captured a Frostbite.
I'm not sure if watching tv is the point of the exercise. But I like your enthusiasm!

Yeah! Responding to a thread without giving more than a cursory glance! This is how I sign all my contracts. (especially when there are no FULL-LIFE CONSEQUENCES)

I'm in. And I know what I'm going to write. So there.
Also, I'm trying to decide whether or not I'm going to take this seriously enough to actually sign up on the official (?) site, too.

I plan to as a way to meet new local people. Also not sure what I'll later write. I MIGHT PUT IT TO A VOTE. Also this is posted from my phone so no promises.

I'm up for this... again!
They say love is the most powerful force in the universe. I'm trying to harness it to make weapons of mass destruction.

I am in! Also trying to think of something exciting and non-depressing to write. So sick of people who are doomed to be unhappy forever, what is it about university creative writing courses that do that to you
