In the WB cartoon 'Chow Hound' the dog goes around and collects the rewards for his cat underling who is pretending to belong to lots of owners. Not quite the same, but pretty close. Then again, it's hard to find a simple premise that Chuck Jones and crew didn't already do. Sorry, Zach, but this time we didn't forget the gravy...

It was also done in "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly", where the Good and the Ugly team up to collect and split the reward money.

Zach, syringes typically have measurements on them. Also the needle is usually less than finger-width.
