Well put, sir. Yet, as you must know the thing you term a "joke" comes in many varieties. One of such varieties is the so called "practical joke". According to Wikipedia a "practical joke" is "a mischievous trick played on someone, typically causing the victim to experience embarrassment, indignity, or discomfort". Tricking "random people" on the Internet fits the aformentioned criteria and would therefore qualify as a "practical joke". So you see, sir -- the humor in that case would be derived from "random people" on the Internet falling for a simple trick of misdirection, which I find Oh so amusing. If such were the case I would have a boisterous laughter at their expense!vhsaddict wrote:Hmm, I believe you may be slightly confused, see you seem to believe Zach's intention was to trick, or "troll" random people on the internet, whereas I feel he was making what is commonly known as a "joke".Jewlian wrote:I wish Zach would leave out 6-9. Troll needs to be a bit more subtle.

Pretty sure everyone was on the same page vis a vis, they aren't real illusions.
Interesting fact: I don't know what vis a vis means, only how to use it.

It means "face to face."
Isn't it amazing how little help that is when it comes to making sense of it?

Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

Sir, I am deeply offended by your insult to my intelligence. What's worse you insult the selfless Wikipedia contributors who labor tirelessly to edify you on such critical topics as The Cat piano and Fox Tossing.GUTCHUCKER wrote:You wiki'd practical joke? Are you criticizing the proud editors of Animal-Related Wiki Articles? (ARWA)

On the contrary, I am admiring their effort and dedication. In fact, I pledged $500 to ANWA last year (scumbag IRS audited me for deducting it). You see, fox tossing (as well as seal-clubbing) is a time honored tradition in my family. Yet the authorities won't let us partake in the sport deeming it "inhumane" and "barbaric". It is only through these brave lads' efforts that I can hope to bring legitimacy to this gentleman's sport. THE PUBLIC MUST KNOW!DonRetrasado wrote:Are you criticizing the proud editors of Animal-Related Wiki Articles? (ARWA)

Perhaps in oral communication, but not in writing. Putting a comma after it makes no sense.Sprinkles wrote:Pretty sure everyone was on the same page vis a vis, they aren't real illusions.
