I'm also taking a bit of a vacation. You see, I cracked my left ulna near my elbow at work this past Sunday. I finally got the full diagnosis this morning and have had the last two days off (while on T3s and percocets). This crack makes it difficult to do many things (one handed typing sucks) and is rather painful, as are the exercises to regain mobility, hence the drugs. However, as I can't do lifting, I can no longer do my job of unloading at Walmart (initial examination says 12 weeks). So, for the next three months I'll essentially be a glorified greeter.

Actually, since it is a work-place injury, they are ultimately paying.

I agree that your work-place is paying ultimately.
