Just did this one for Awash, which is a pretty hard level I thought. It's a great level to get behind your contraption as it struggles up the hill, if you do it that way anyway.

I have never seen a good version of Awash. Most are designed very similar to that, and some go faster than that one, but none go fast. It is just a sloppy one, that only seems to have 1 real solution, and it never is very quick.
Edit:
Scratch that, up until looking now, I had never seen a different way of doing it. But in the first few pages:
A catapult version*:

And here is a ramp/junkyardesque
http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=1805611
And someone who got pretty lucky.

*Another interesting catapult one, without any motors: http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=180477

not bad for going under. It's pretty darn fast.
I thought about going over but that big one at the beginning always messed it up.

Just did this one for junkyard, originally made it for fun, but it actually ended up getting there! I was more than happy.

Heh, just tried to see how far I could take that wheel, and made this
http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=1816075
Which turned out pretty ok, if a bit boring. Then I added the inner ring, with plans of another one inside that, but it wouldn't let me put any more in. And then decided to do that when I clicked go. Aaaand then won't go again, and fucks up. Niiiice.

I'm enjoying this wheel thing as the game seems to hate it. Here's one I made (it's a failure) that seems to need a cigarette afterwards.

It's funny, the screwed up physics of the wheel becomes even more screwed up... the "workable area" box ends up having walls where there are none (like containing the balls, and allowing the rods to lean against it).mountainmage wrote:
