Where are they?

Post by wolf »

I started to look around the forum, then gave up. Waaay too many posts since i last logged on.

Anyhoo, I was wonder where the old regulars went to? Where is we_are, green crayon? Where did Yamid and that girl Steffles?Steffie? Susy? basically where are all the people that were on the forum when i was? The people that read the my relish post and participated in the comic contest? And who are these people that are new? I don't like change.

Green crayon left, came back, and left again.

We_are hasn't posted in almost a year.

Yamid vanished earlier this year.

Steffles has been gone for a loooong time.

You know you think that would be comforting but its not. And just once i'd like to disappear for months on end and come back to a super popular thread "Where did wolf go?"

I plan on being active here again. Well until i get distracted by something shiny or I start dating again. Hopefully she will have shinies so it'd be a win/win for me

I just spent 30 minutes on a forum post. If I ever go missing, you better miss me.

I'm guessing you've probably spent the last 72 hours on this board, so 30 min. on one post isn't surprising.

Who spends thirty minutes on any forum post? Let alone for one here. Shun the nonbeliever!

Charlie the unicorn was funny, for sure. The maker's earlier stuff had some of the same concepts, but wasn't as good. For example, a person just pops out on his lawn and tells him to find the king of the trees or something. It's a funny concept, but the execution of it was bad.

I have been shunned.

A) That phrase was being used long before that crap ever existed.

B) Yes.

Blegh. Someone told me to watch that crap. On paper it was something I should've liked (like Mulholland Drive). I loathed and despised every minute (like Mulholland Drive).

Are you talking about charlie? If you want to qualify by amount I laughed first time I watched something, then it's the funniest thing I've ever encountered on the internet.

The funniest thing for me? Hard to say. The first Omnibus from Ask a Ninja ranks. So does the MST3K short I watched called "A Date With Your Family". Maybe even the first Teen Girl Squad.
Certainly not Charlie the Unicorn. I'm not sure I laughed once, actually.

I'm not counting the UCB clip I saw on youtube, "Beat me up and take a shit on me" because it's from a tv show, but other than that, I'm pretty sure it's charlie.
