Personally I always find new colors/glowing poop disturbing, and also something to announce. I mean.. white wtf?

Nothing wrong with fallout 3. I mean its not as good as fallout 2, but was solidly o-kay. I mean.. it didn't make me want to scream out in rage for what they had done so I figured thats probably the best they could hope for.

New Silent hill is pretty fun, anyone else a fan of that series?

I kind of want them to remake the original Silent Hill for the current gen consoles, kind of like they did for RE and MGS on the last generation.

But I kind of think people were thinking more fondly of the original Fallout series than they did at the time. As fun as they are, they don't have enough direction. There is no reason at all you should ever think to do some of the stuff you might need to do.

See I loved the open ended-ness of the game. That was my biggest let down with the new game. I'd rather have a game with far to much detail it takes forever to explore.. more play value in it, and well, I tend to get lost and just do random stuff anyways, if its designed for it I don't feel like I'm doing something 'wrong'.

Yeah I like a game to be open-ended, but there has to be a point where the player is given some amount of direction. If I just want to wander around aimlessly, I can do that for real.

i thought about fuzzying my name out, but then i figured that i already have the full first and last names of pretty much everybody in the RPG, so everyone knowing my first name really isn't that big of a deal
