As the mighty rule 28 says:
Knowledge of a person's reference, answering a trivia question correctly, or other assorted acts of awesome shall be rewarded with megapoints, the quantity of which shall be determined by the person awarding them. Negative points may be awarded to jerks. Also, you cannot award yourself points.
