Sellin Out
So, I'm considering taking the plunge into merchandising. Ancient fans may recollect that I tried this about two years ago to fairly disastrous results. So, whatever I do, it's going to be a very limited run.
Currently, the main thing I'm looking into is a black shirt with a quote from an SMBC comic on it (caption, dialogue or otherwise)
Any favorites?

The "In Case of Emergency Break Glass" one would make a good shirt...wiztoast wrote:So, I'm considering taking the plunge into merchandising. Ancient fans may recollect that I tried this about two years ago to fairly disastrous results. So, whatever I do, it's going to be a very limited run.

And this one would be a good, set-up on front, joke on back.http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?db ... =258#comic

"Burn Greenpeace Now"
The emoticon would be good.
Maybe an Aquajerk logo.
You could have a bear-trap logo. (http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?db ... =158#comic) It's simple, it's cool and only the cool kids would get the reference.
"I'm on crack."
If you could turn either Hamlet II(http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?db ... id=8#comic) or Julius Caesar III (http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?db ... =181#comic) into authentic looking movie posters, that would be freaking awesome.

Mother's a corpse
I want the dead-mother knock-knock joke one. Man, the looks I would get wearing that one...
I think I laughed for 10 minutes on that - 2 of which I don't think I was able to take a breath.

But I think the explaination of what it means would have to be on the back of the shirt or something. I know what it means, you know what it means, everyone here knows what it means, but would Joe Blow Jackass know? Probably not. And that doesn't sit well with me.Edminster wrote:I'm going to have to agree with Pepper Jack and wolf on this one. A plain black T-shirt with ][>:=~+ on it would be perfect.
Can you hold my hand? It's a big poop
