As Dave Barry says, it is important to remember that pregnant woman are eating for two, but one of them is a tiny baby, so you should probably smear the food all over your mouth and throw it at the wall.

That's not exactly accurate, but close enough. You only really need to gain about 15 pounds. That whole gaining 40 pounds thing is crazy (but, I'm sure, delicious).
