Garth Marenghi's Darkside. find it somewhere on alluc.org. It's awesome.

Like how Thai Airways takes you to Thailand and Indian Airlines takes you to India, it only makes sense that Asshole Airlines takes you to Malaysia.

Man, I wish I lived in Malaysia like you. Then maybe one day I'd have a birthday, too...

I dunno, maybe eBay. What am I, your accountant?

Incidentally, Twoobs, there's no way I'll have these things squared by 15th of April. You'll have to lie again.

ya know in my country, we have these magical events called birthdays. relatives you don't even care about give you money in the form of cash and checks in the mail. parents and friends chip in too, with mystical enchanted cards called Border's gift certificates. It's really quite a large spectacle!

How would a Malaysian prostitute ever make $100? They'll "work" an entire day for a half-eaten bagel and a handful of Teddy Grahams.

uh... so I've heard.

If you're so damned prepubescent, how did you wrastle up the 100USD to pay for your prized set of tomes?

I had never, before this moment, thought of you as a Malaysian prostitute.

that would about cover it, not that old ya'know. :][>:=~+:

i own a copy of that big-ass 2 volume set of every comic from the far side ever EVER. well worth the 100 or so bucks it cost.
You're a joke. I expect a 2 volume set of your entire life available at all fine retailers by Easter.

Fuck you you dirty son of my mother's whorish dead grandma! Far Side, if not often funny, was at least original.

TFD better win it this year. He's been lights out! Ohhh, and as a webcomiceer, guess who gets a vote bitches!

Yep. There's been an increase in the number of single-panel comics thanks to fame-hungry webcartoonists seeing an empty field. And while some have stepped up to the bat, and put up a good game, most are happy to wallow in generic safe-bets, devoid of originality.

Well, Zach has been nominated again for best single-panel comic.
A rather lengthy list of competition though. I don't remember how many there were last year, but I think the single-panel comics have the most nominees that I saw.
