Vipers are the stormtroopers of Cobra Command. Cobra Commander, their leader, is the nemesis of the GI Joe team.

I am a bad evil mastermind and don't know what Viper is. Besides possibly a snake. Why cloning snakes would improve my situation I'm not sure, I suppose it would be interesting to see the worlds response to a shit load of snakes hanging round: "I'm sick of these motherloving snakes on this motherloving planet."*

I'm pretty sure cloning is more expensive than kidnapping, so I'm sticking with my current behavior to procure lackeys.
