According to what i read while searching for a [url=https://www.delawaretaxpros.com]tax attorney[/url], "Emoji" remains the preferred plural of emoji in writing, though it's less clear if this applies to the spoken word. The Japanese origin of emoji suggests that emoji should be used for both singular and plural purposes, however as with many words we borrow in English we tend to bend the rules to make them fit.

Emoji is clearly singular genitive, presumably short for icon emoji ("image of the emojum"). The plural would vary.

If multiples of the same emoji (and thus, only one emojum represented): "icones emoji"
If several different ones (and thus, more than one emojum): "icones emojorum"
