I'm thinking about it. I'm stocking up for that very day. How I do this is by having a bug out bag list. I think bulk dry foods are a great solution for budget friendly long term storage. Bulk dry foods don't have the same variety or flavor as freeze dried foods, but they also don't have the same price point. If you're looking for a “set it and forget it” option for long-term food storage, this is the way to go.
