Dohoho! Isn't Customer Support a common source of gripes and semi-humorous obbservations? But alas, it is too common. Hm, I must add some sort of humorous twist, like say, Victorian gentlemen! Dohohoho!

At first I found the comic mildly humorous, but then I thought of how much it would annoy RC and it instantly became hilarious. Thanks for making SMBC funnier.
