The boy clearly addresses 8 moms and 1 dad. He has 9 parents.
The votey is the father saying "87.5% of us disapprove". A percentage that can also be represented as 7/8. So what do you think: Zach made a simple mathematical error? Or is this a sympton of Zach's slowly deteriorating mind?
