I like bubble tea except that it's too sweet. Also, it looks really awkward for me to be drinking it and walking around like I don't realise how ridiculous I look.

Also I am trying immersion to learn spanish in January! So we'll see how well I do that. I've probably told you this before but I've heard from friends that did Japanese immersion that it was much easier for them to learn because they had studied some basic linguistics and syntax before going.

Oh, man. I love bubble tea so much. My favourite is coconut or watermelon blended ice with the taro tofu pudding. Delicious.

I've heard the word used before but it doesn't get any currency... Over here you're asian or you're not, and that has nothing to do with where your parents are from. I just don't really hang out with the fobs anymore even though a couple of them went to the same university as me.

You... you wait 'til you've finished the liquid and some of the other stuff, then take off the plastic and pour the remaining sago/jelly/pudding into your mouth. It's so easy.
